  • High season (01 Nov - 19 Dec and 21 Jan - 15 April):
    Cancellation and reduce nights / amendment --> less than 14 days prior to arrival, 1 night charge/ No-show: 100% charge of entire reservation/ Early Departure: 50% of remaining (min 1 night)
  • Peak season (20 Dec - 20 Jan):
    Cancellation and reduce nights / amendment --> less than 28 days prior to arrival, 50% charge/ No-show: 100% charge of entire reservation/ Early Departure: 100% charge of entire remaining
  • Low season (16 April – 31 Oct):
    Cancellation and reduce nights / amendment --> less than 7 days prior to arrival, 1 night charge / No-show: 100% charge of entire reservation/ Early Departure: 1 night charge
